Monascus Red is a color natural bright, stable, with a high color effect of colorant, has been widely used in food. Adding a litter bit of Monascus Red Additive can greatly enhance the coloring of food, make it look yummier. Monascus Red is widely used as colouring agent, accepted as safe food colorant in many countries
Monascus Powder Usage:
The amount can be determined according the required hue. If use hot water to dissolve Monascus Red Powder, the dissolution time can be shorten when the water's temperature is about 50℃.
